You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By using BettaTube you represent that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction to enter into a binding contract. If you are using BettaTube on behalf of a business or organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at bettatubesupport@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, violate these Terms, or engage in abusive behaviour toward our service or team.
BettaTube offers the following plans:
Plan features are subject to change. We will notify existing subscribers by email at least 14 days before any reduction in features.
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly in advance in Indian Rupees (INR). Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. BettaTube does not store your card, UPI, or bank account details on our servers.
Your subscription renews automatically on the same calendar date each month. You will receive a payment confirmation by email after each successful charge. If a payment fails, we will attempt to charge your payment method again and notify you by email. Access may be restricted if payment cannot be collected after reasonable attempts.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first Pro payment. Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No pro-rated refunds are given for unused time after the 7-day window.
You agree to use BettaTube only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

BettaTube connects to your YouTube account via Google's official OAuth 2.0 API. By connecting your YouTube channel, you authorise BettaTube to:
BettaTube's use of Google APIs is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Google API Services User Data Policy. You may revoke access at any time from your Google Account settings.
BettaTube and its underlying technology, design, trademarks, and content are owned by Arun Kumar Kannan. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.
You retain full ownership of your YouTube content, channel data, and any material you upload. By using BettaTube, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your content solely to provide the service to you.
Your privacy matters to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using BettaTube, you agree to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.
BettaTube is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. Results (channel growth, views, revenue) depend on many factors outside our control and are not guaranteed.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BettaTube and Arun Kumar Kannan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, channel suspension, data loss, or content errors. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to BettaTube in the three months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BettaTube and Arun Kumar Kannan from any claims, losses, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. You may delete your own account at any time from your account settings.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email and post the revised Terms on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of BettaTube after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of BettaTube shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
