Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free Plan

The Free plan costs nothing and can be used indefinitely. There is nothing to refund on the Free plan. You may delete your account at any time and your data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

2. Pro Plan — 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first Pro subscription payment. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 7 calendar days of the payment date and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Email bettatubesupport@gmail.com from the email address associated with your BettaTube account with the subject line "Refund Request". Please include:

• Your registered email address
• The date of payment
• The reason for your request (optional, but helps us improve)

We will process your refund within 5–7 business days. The amount will be returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

• The refund request is made within 7 calendar days of the payment date
• This is your first payment on a Pro subscription (the guarantee applies once per account)
• The request is submitted from the registered account email

Non-refundable cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

• The 7-day refund window has passed
• A refund has previously been issued for the same account
• The account has been terminated for violation of our Terms & Conditions
• Renewal payments (monthly renewals after the first payment are non-refundable, but you may cancel before the next renewal date)

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from within your account settings (Profile → Billing). There are no cancellation fees.

What happens when you cancel

• Your Pro features remain active until the end of your current billing period
• You will not be charged again after the current period ends
• Your account reverts to the Free plan automatically at the end of the period
• Your data and connected channels are retained for 30 days on the Free plan, after which inactive data may be archived

No pro-rated refunds on cancellation

If you cancel mid-month, you will not receive a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of the billing period. You will continue to have full Pro access until the period ends. This does not affect your right to a refund during the 7-day guarantee window.

5. Failed or Duplicate Payments

If you were charged twice due to a technical error, or if a payment was processed incorrectly, please contact us immediately at bettatubesupport@gmail.com. We will investigate and issue a correction within 5–7 business days.

6. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely by our payment provider. BettaTube does not store your card or bank account details. Refunds are processed back to the original payment instrument (card, UPI, net banking, or wallet) used at checkout. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
