Delivery Policy

1. No Physical Shipping

BettaTube does not involve the shipping or delivery of any physical product. All features, tools, and outputs of the service are delivered digitally through our web platform and desktop application. No courier, tracking number, or physical delivery address is required.

2. Instant Digital Access

Access to BettaTube is granted instantly and automatically upon completion of the relevant action:

• Free plan: Access is granted the moment you complete registration with a valid email address. No payment is required.
• Pro plan: Access is upgraded to Pro features immediately upon successful payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email and your dashboard will reflect the Pro plan within seconds of the transaction completing.

There is no waiting period, no manual approval, and no delivery delay.

3. How You Access the Service

BettaTube is accessible through two channels:

• Web application: Available immediately at bettatube.com/app in any modern web browser. No download required.
• Desktop application (Windows): The BettaTube Desktop app can be downloaded from your account dashboard after signing in. It handles local video processing (Shorts creation, transcription) on your own machine. The download link is available immediately after login.

4. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated via email and on our status page with at least 24 hours' notice where possible. Unplanned outages will be addressed as a priority and communicated through our support channels.

5. Minimum Requirements

To use BettaTube, you need:

• A stable internet connection
• A modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, or Safari — latest 2 versions)
• For the Desktop app: Windows 10 or Windows 11 (64-bit)
• A valid Google account (for YouTube channel connection)

6. Failed or Delayed Access

In the rare event that your account is not activated after payment, or you cannot access Pro features despite a successful transaction, please contact us immediately:

We will resolve access issues within 1 business day. If we cannot restore access within a reasonable time, you are entitled to a full refund under our Refund Policy.
